Yin Flow w/ Essential Oils
Yang practices such as Power and Hot Pilates are focused on muscle strength. Yin yoga focuses on the deeper connective tissue. To create a healing environment, essential oils and soothing music are used.

Tantra and Hatha yogas have created a detailed description of the anatomy and energy of the subtle, or energy body. This includes the various types of energies and the nadi channels and chakra energy centres.
